Program Coordinator
Michelle began making short films through a
youth video workshop hosted by Gallery Connexion in the summer of ’95. She has
since pursued a film degree at York University with a focus on film theory,
experimental film, and cinematography.
In 2005 she taught a workshop on “Alternative Canadian Cinema” at the NB Film Co-op as part of the Spring Workshop Series. Michelle is currently completing a Masters in English at the University of Alberta, and writing a thesis exploring cyberculture and online activism. And she is working on a new short film!
