NBFC REVISED PRODUCTION POLICY FOR 2011

Message from the President:

To help deal with the growth that the NB Film Co-op has seen over the past decade it was necessary to re-evaluate the Production Policies.  The needs and demands that the NB Film Co-op faced ten years ago are much different than the ones faced today; so, over the past six months the Board of Director's, the Staff, and the Production Committee have been revising the Production Policies.  This was done in an effort to refocus the production policies to the NB Film Co-op's mandate:  to support local and independent filmmakers.  I feel, personally, that the changes we have made to the production policies are fair, and, ultimately, are ones that best support our membership and the spirit of the NB Film Co-op.  

The new production policies are effective January 1st/2011.  I encourage all of our membership to familiarize themselves with these new policies as they submit their projects this year to Cat.  Happy filmmaking everyone!
