From early on, Michael had an urge to entertain. He would
create elaborate scenes for the neighborhood kids and himself to play out, only
to get upset when someone deviated from "the plan". Much older now, Mike has
learned to be more flexible, but he is still unwavering in his urge to
entertain.
In high school Michael was in the Drama Club. It was
there that he realized what he wanted to do with his life. Never daunted by a
crowd, but a horrible actor, he soon found that he would be more interested in
being behind the scenes. Michael has always loved movies and music. He enjoys
these "arts" above others for their collaborative functions. When it was time to
pick a future after high school, he knew that film school was where he wanted to
go. But he didn't...... So, five years after graduating from high school, and
working a dead end job; he decided to attend NBCC's Video & TV Production
program. From there he went on to study film at UNB. It was at this time that he
became a member of the NB Film Co-op.
