Volunteer Hours

As a volunteer with the New Brunswick Filmmakers’ Co-operative’s, you, as a member, will have the opportunity to experience and be a part of a great organization. Whether you’re interested in meeting great people and helping them out, learning about the film and video community in NB, being trained so you can make your own films, or watching a fantastic collection of films and videos, you’ve come to the right place!

FAQ

How much time do I need to volunteer?

In order to receive full member benefits, you are required to volunteer a minimum of 30 hours as a full member and 20 hours as an associate member. 

In addition to the required volunteering, you will have to take 5 required workshops through the Film Co-op annual workshop series. (directing/screenwriting/digital camera& lighting/one editing workshop/production management)
