Workshop Description:

The ‘Directing Actors Workshop’ will be a ‘comprehensive and ‘hands on’ workshop covering the area of the directing actors. The participants will go through a series of ‘directing actor exercises’. By participating in these exercise’s they will quickly understand and appreciate the importance of directing and acting in film. Some of the areas covered will be, ‘the table read’, ‘ directing the rehearsal’ and ‘the shot list’.

The workshop will open with all the participants participating in ‘improv exercises’ followed by ‘short scripted scenes’. The participants will then direct and act in a scripted ‘Dramatic Scene’ that will be shot.
