Location Agreement
An agreement between a Proprietor and the Production Company, giving consent for the film to take up space and film on location, and make arrangements within limitations set within the agreement.
Minor (-18) APpearance Release
An agreement between the Production Company and Parental and Guardian consent as well as Minors’ consent to have the minors’ likeness recorded and captured to be reproduced for the film.
Production Service Agreement
An agreement between Producers and Directors, regarding workload expectations, financial requirements, and all other items required in the project planning.
Script Release Form
An agreement between Writers and the Production Company, for the script to be used within the film.
Storyboard Sample
An individual scene from your film, technically and artistically. Planning out your shots by script, frame, gear, location etc.
waiver and liability agreement
Preventing the Participant from opening a lawsuit against the Production Company in the event of damage or loss. Shifting responsibility for injuries from the Production Company to the Participant.
