It can be pretty challenging to be a performer today. From voice over through commercials to film and television, actors are having to be more than just an actor. We have to be part casting assistant, director, director of photography, recording engineer, editor, stylist, publicist and promoter in order to get our work seen and heard. Operating as a solo entity in a field which used to be a “team sport” can often leave creative people feeling as if they are screaming into the wind.

In this interactive 90 minute discussion (and Q &A) we will talk about and dissect:

· Realities of the Voice/On-camera Industry, right now, from the perspective of a Canadian performer

· The “how” of a successful voice and on camera audition tape

· Building a strong toolbox and simplifying your process into a system that can actually work for you.
